第1条 利用規約への同意

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、CoTrain（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。 本サービスを利用することにより、ユーザーは本規約に同意したものとみなされます。 本規約に同意いただけない場合は、本サービスのご利用をお控えください。

第2条 サービスの説明

CoTrainは、AI技術を活用したワークアウトトラッキングアプリケーションです。 主な機能は以下の通りです：

• AIコーチとのチャットによるトレーニング記録
• 音声入力によるハンズフリー記録
• 消費カロリーの自動計算
• 筋肉グループの回復状態の可視化（筋肉マップ）
• AIによるワークアウトメニュー自動生成
• 1RM推定、プログレッシブオーバーロード管理
• 自己ベスト記録（PR）の追跡

第3条 医療・健康に関する免責事項

本サービスは医療機器ではなく、医学的なアドバイスを提供するものではありません。 AI による消費カロリー、1RM推定値、トレーニング強度などの数値はあくまで概算であり、 正確性を保証するものではありません。

健康上の問題がある場合や、トレーニングプログラムを開始する前には、 必ず医療専門家にご相談ください。本サービスの利用により生じた怪我や健康被害について、 当社は一切の責任を負いません。

第4条 サブスクリプションと支払い

本サービスは7日間の無料トライアル付きのサブスクリプションモデルを採用しています。

• トライアル期間：7日間（全機能利用可能）
• Pro プラン：月額¥980
• サブスクリプションは現在の期間が終了する24時間前に自動更新されます
• 自動更新はApp Storeのアカウント設定からいつでもキャンセルできます
• 返金についてはApple App Storeのポリシーに準拠します

第5条 ユーザーの責任

• アカウントのセキュリティを適切に管理すること
• 不正アクセス、リバースエンジニアリング、サービスの悪用を行わないこと
• 正確な情報を提供すること
• 他のユーザーへの嫌がらせ、不適切なコンテンツの送信を行わないこと

第6条 知的財産権

本サービスに含まれるすべてのコンテンツ（テキスト、グラフィック、ロゴ、アイコン、 ソフトウェア等）は、CoTrain またはそのライセンサーが所有しており、 著作権法およびその他の知的財産法により保護されています。

第7条 責任の制限

本サービスは「現状のまま」（as is）で提供され、明示または黙示を問わず、 いかなる種類の保証も行いません。法律が許容する最大限の範囲において、 本サービスの利用に起因する直接的、間接的、偶発的、特別、結果的損害について、 当社は一切の責任を負いません。

第8条 規約の変更

当社は本規約を随時更新することができます。重要な変更がある場合は、 アプリ内またはメールにてお知らせします。変更後も本サービスを継続して 利用することにより、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。

Article 1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CoTrain ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Service.

Article 2. Description of Service

CoTrain is an AI-powered workout tracking application. Key features include:

• Chat-based workout recording with an AI coach
• Hands-free recording via voice input
• Automatic calorie calculation
• Muscle recovery visualization (Muscle Map)
• AI-generated workout menu suggestions
• 1RM estimation and progressive overload management
• Personal record (PR) tracking

Article 3. Health Disclaimer

The Service is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. AI-generated values such as calorie estimates, 1RM predictions, and training intensity are approximations and are not guaranteed to be accurate. Please consult a healthcare professional before starting any training program. We are not liable for any injuries or health issues resulting from use of the Service.

Article 4. Subscriptions and Payment

The Service offers a subscription model with a 7-day free trial.

• Trial period: 7 days (full feature access)
• Pro plan: ¥980/month
• Subscriptions auto-renew 24 hours before the current period ends
• Auto-renewal can be canceled at any time through your App Store account settings
• Refunds are subject to Apple App Store policies

Article 5. User Responsibilities

• Maintain the security of your account
• Refrain from unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or misuse of the Service
• Provide accurate information
• Refrain from harassment of other users or submission of inappropriate content

Article 6. Intellectual Property

All content within the Service (text, graphics, logos, icons, software, etc.) is owned by CoTrain or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Article 7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Article 8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
